Through multiple iterations of development and feedback on Design Documents, Storyboards, and the Storyline module, a comprehensive learning solution was crafted. Assessments aligned with Kirkpatrick's second and third levels of evaluation were included in the learning solution to evaluate acquired knowledge and skills, as well as the impact of the module on organizational objectives.
