Throughout course development, I use my strengths to identify learning gaps and strategically plan how learners should engage with content to drive behavioral changes and long-term knowledge retention. By incorporating aspects of the ADDIE/SAM model and adult learning theory principles, I take a systematic and thorough approach to course development. My meticulous nature and eye for design enable me to craft design documents, storyboards, and courses that effectively convey their purpose, offering dynamic learning experiences that ease cognitive load for learners.

To develop impactful blended learning solutions, I possess proficiency in a range of tools. My software expertise encompasses Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, Slack, and Zoom. Being a continuous learner, I strive to stay updated on the newest trends and technologies influencing the field of instructional design.

Apart from instructional design, I love spending time with my family, traveling, gardening, enjoying the outdoors, and occasionally taking on DIY projects!
